Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product if applicable. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, which in our case is cash on delivery. Since no online payments are made, refunds may be issued as a store credit or replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
